Meet Christal Curtis
When I started my career at a fortune 20 company I was excited about the possibilities for women's growth and advancement in the workplace. However, as I progressed through the ranks, I saw firsthand the challenges and obstacles women face on their career journey. That is when I realized my true passion is to help other women overcome these barriers and achieve their career aspirations. To help them along, I received a Master's degree in Leadership and HR Management and became D.I.S.C. certified.
